Delete your account

You don't need to sign in to delete your account. Enter the email on your account and a link will be sent to prove it's really you. The link works once and expires in 24 hours; nothing happens until you use it.

What happens to your membership

• A membership you pay for on the website is canceled when you confirm.
• A membership through the App Store or Google Play isn't canceled by deleting your account. Please cancel it in that store's subscription settings. Enchanted Fitness can't cancel it for you.

What's deleted

Your access ends as soon as you confirm. Everything stays untouched for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, the following is erased:

• your profile and your sign-in.
• your workouts, workout history, meal plans and food logs.
• your check-ins, messages and journal entries.
• your body measurements, progress photos and uploaded files.
• your membership records.
• your email address on the tester lists.

What's kept

• records of what was bought and what was paid, with your name, email and account removed. Tax rules require these.
• error reports and link-click counts, with your account removed.
• a count of members who have left and of the workouts and meals they logged. It doesn't identify anyone.
• a record that a deletion was asked for and when it finished. It holds an account number and dates, and no name or email.

Stripe keeps its own records of card payments made on the website. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases made in the app.
